In honor of the history of Wolf Barnato, one of the most legendary "Bentley Boys" of the 1920s and 1930s, Graf von Faber Castell surprises us with the Bentley Barnato fountain pen, a limited edition piece with only 1,930 pieces worldwide. Barnato became famous thanks to the "Blue Train Race" in 1930, in which he competed against a high-speed train and of which he has wanted to commemorate the 90th anniversary. The piece features a stainless steel nib, a metal body decorated with a Bentley diamond pattern, applied using the Guilloché method and dark green matt lacquer inspired by the green color of the car itself. Its cap is adorned with the B of Bentley, its characteristic knurling and the original handwritten signature of Woolf Barnato, a reminder of the extraordinary Bentley spirit that endures today.
