- This model of AVI-8 is a true tribute to the ingenuity and spirit of Nevile Duke, the man who broke the air speed record by flying a prototype of Hunter, the first high-speed jet aircraft. This piece of watchmaking features an interior bezel with a two-way countdown, chronograph and a small seconds hand. The back of its stainless steel case features a custom-designed Hunter with details of Duke's world air speed record. In addition, it features a vintage design strap handmade from premium leather. AVI-8 has modified its boxes and the watch may arrive with a different box than the one shown in the photos. You can contact us to confirm the box the watch will come with.
